Transferring a call to a human is a regular outbound call - billed at 0.92 CZK/min (~EUR 0.04), with no voice-agent surcharge.
An inbound call costs 0.50 CZK/min (~EUR 0.02) with us - Twilio charges 6.54 CZK/min (~EUR 0.27) for the same thing on a toll-free line.
All prices are in Czech koruna (CZK) excluding VAT. Euro amounts are approximate and for orientation only - your card is always charged in CZK.

Twilio bills in dollars and routes Czech inbound calls through a toll-free line. Our rates are in CZK and built on the Czech network - no conversions and no extra paperwork.
- We bill by the second, not by rounded-up minutes.
- Prices exclude VAT; it's added when you top up credit.
- We issue a tax invoice for every credit top-up, and you'll find it in the portal.
- Credit never expires - it lasts until you spend it.
We invoice with Czech VAT at 21%. For a company VAT-registered in another EU country we invoice without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism - just enter your VAT number in account settings, we'll verify it in the VIES registry.
