For developers who want to add a phone to their app without weeks of integration work. For AI agents and editors - Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf - that buy a number and place a call themselves over MCP. And for small businesses that want an AI receptionist on the phone without having to build one.
Principles
Billed by the second
You pay exactly what you use - calls billed by the second, never rounded up to a full minute.
No contract
No contract, no notice period. Cancel your account any time and we'll refund any remaining credit on request.
Credit never expires
Prepaid credit has no expiry date - it stays on the account until you spend it.
Prices exclude VAT
Both the price list and your account balance are shown excluding VAT. Tax is added only when you top up by card, at the rate the law requires.
Where volai runs
The application and the database that stores account, number, call and message data run on servers in the EU.
